Professional Experience

Bob Miller has been a commercial real estate broker in southern Connecticut since 1984. He began his real estate career in an independent real estate company in Stamford, CT where he specialized in office and industrial properties.

He was one of the original agents for One Main Place in Stamford and has represented some of the area’s premier properties including Financial Centre, General Reinsurance’s headquarters in Stamford, Glendinning Place in Westport, 55 Post Road West in Westport, 30 East Elm Street in Greenwich as well as General Reinsurance Corporation, Arkwright Mutual Insurance Company, Sotheby’s, Hertz Corporation, Champion Energy, Hitachi Chemical, The Dannon Company and others. He also negotiated a lease for over 72,000 sq. ft. of corporate headquarter space for XL Re Corporation.

Mr. Miller, along with partners, opened Prudential Commercial Real Estate, LLC, which services lower Connecticut and part of Westchester County, NY.

Stewart L. Snow began his commercial real estate career in 1970 with the William Pitt Company of Stamford, CT. In 1987, after an extremely successful relationship with Pitt, Snow opened his own firm, S.L. Snow & Company in Stamford, CT, which specialized in Tenant Representation as well as Owner Representation in Fairfield County, Boston, MA and Portsmouth, NH. S.L. Snow & Company represented the owners of such properties as Stamford Landing, One Dock Street, Soundview Farms and Harbour Place to name a few. Also at that time they represented such tenants as Contel IPC, General Electric, North Castle Partners, Dean Witter and Bank of New Hampshire.

S.L. Snow & Company was purchased by William Pitt in 1994. After four years Stew, Peter Helie of Prudential Connecticut Realty and Bob Miller formed Prudential Commercial Real Estate, LLC.

Les Fradkoff’s background lies in retail and warehouse distribution. During the 70’s and 80’s he owned and operated an off-price children’s wear retail chain consisting of 41 stores. His areas of responsibility were purchasing, distribution and real estate.

Mr. Fradkoff has been an active commercial real estate agent working in Connecticut since 1988. He is proficient in all disciplines, Office, Retail, Industrial and Investment Sales. His service areas are Fairfield and New Haven Counties, CT.
